The listing and the site should match

The name on Google should be the name on the site and the name on the door. The address should be the place a customer arrives at if they follow the pin. Hours should match, including a day you are closed. The category should be what the shop actually is.

Google is one listing. Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and Facebook are others. Fixing the Google profile does not automatically fix the rest. A customer on an iPhone often opens Apple Maps. If that address is old, they go to the old door.

Nobody can promise a ranking. A correct name, address, hours, and category mean the listing shows the right place. That is not a promise about where you sit in the results. A check on nearby search is a check, not a guarantee.

If a listing is wrong, say which one and what it should say. If the site itself looks wrong while the listing is fine, that is a different job.
